We want you to know we are a private clinic and we take no insurance, although we can give you a simple form that you can submit to you insurance company for possible reimbursement. We expect payment at time of service and we accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Checks are prohibited, but you may pay with US dollars or Euros. As well, we can provide you with a Care Credit account and provide you immediate financing of any of our services, products or procedures.
More importantly, your information is completely confidential and one of our staff will confirm your appointment request as soon as possible. A fuller, healthier, more enjoyable life begins today!
